Description

Maintain and update financial records with accuracy and attention to detail.
Assist in preparing financial reports and ensuring they meet deadlines.
Support the reconciliation of accounts, including bank statements and ledgers.
Process invoices, expenses, and payments efficiently.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial policies.
Respond to internal and external financial queries promptly.
Help with month-end and year-end financial processes.
Provide general administrative support to the accounting and finance department.Profile

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

A background in accounting or finance, with relevant qualifications or training.
We are ideally looking for payroll experience
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Experience using accounting software and tools.
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
