Key responsibility's :
Ensure bank statements are loaded and reconciled on a daily basis
Ensure all cash postings are booked in SAP accurately & in a timely manner
Ensure all payments are completed on time and processed through
Ensure petty cash is reconciled weekly
Ensure all information is sent for factoring to ensure cash receipts in a timely manner
Chase cash advances for expense forms or the cash returned;
Provide support for the AP & AR administrators and provide cover for these two roles when required.
Ensure balance sheet recs are completed monthly for specified accounts
Skills/ Qualfiications :
Basic Bookkeeping experience
Able to work effectively in a pressurised environment
AAT qualification is desirable but not essential
Motivated individual
