As a Finance & Operations Coordinator, your days will be dynamic and varied. You will be responsible for managing financial records with precision, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reported. Main Duties:

* Monitoring month end expenses for staff

* Manuel adjustments for any finance amendments

* Maintaining a client book with detailed up to date records

* Setting up new starters on all relevant IT systems

* Collating data

* Monitoring KPI’s

* Redacting Service User Files

The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in financial administration, coupled with experience in operational coordination. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple tasks with grace under pressure. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite is expected, alongside excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
