We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team in Plymouth. As an integral part of our finance department, you will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
* Processing invoices and expenses accurately and efficiently.
* Reconciling bank statements and ensuring financial records are up to date.
* Assisting with month-end and year-end financial procedures.
* Providing general administrative support to the finance team as required.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
