Permanent Opportunity
Hours of Work: Monday-Thursday 8am-4.30pm and Friday 8am-3.30pmn with a half an hour lunch break.
We are working in partnership with a fantastic organisation who are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Finance Assistant to join their team.
The Finance Assistant will support the finance department in various administrative tasks and financial operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in finance and contribute to the success of a fantastic organisation.
Duties
· Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including data entry, invoice processing, and payment tracking.
· Prepare financial reports.
· Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end closing procedures.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
· Provide general administrative support to the finance department.
Experience
· Previous experience in a finance or accounting role.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
· Knowledge of Sage 50/200 systems.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
