What will the Finance Assistant role involve?

Managing high-volume reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of transactions, and contributing to the integrity of financial records
Processing and verifying customer invoices, collaborating with internal teams to streamline billing and remittance procedures
Monitoring and resolving debtor account queries promptly while maintaining professional relationships with customers
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:

Experience in high-volume transactional finance or bookkeeping, ideally with exposure to retail or ecommerce activities
Knowledge of basic accounting principles, with formal qualification such as AAT Level 2 or 3 preferred
Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn, with a team-oriented attitude that values collaboration
