Finance Assistant – 6 Month Fixed Term - Immediate Start
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join a busy finance team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong finance background who can support day-to-day financial operations in a fast-paced environment and make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
Processing invoices, payments and financial transactions accurately and efficiently
Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
Reconciling bank statements and supplier/customer accounts
Supporting month-end and reporting processes
Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
Managing finance inbox queries
About You
Previous experience in a Finance Assistant or similar finance role is essential
Confident using Excel and finance systems
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage workload effectively
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
Able to work independently and support a busy finance function
