Process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company standards.
Assist with bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Support month-end and year-end financial reporting activities.
Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Provide support for budget tracking and expense management.
Respond to internal and external queries regarding financial matters.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by the Accounting & Finance department.Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
