Finance and Administration Officer

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance and Administration Officer to join our client on a full time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the financial and administrative operations of the organisation. You will work closely with the finance team, administrative staff, and management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What you can expect:

Salary: up to £30,000, depending on experience

*

Working hours: 8am – 4pm or 5pm (30mins for lunch), depending on candidate preference

*

Performance related bonus

*

What you will be doing:

*

Providing finance and general administration support, utilising Sage200

*

Maintain accurate financial records, including purchase, sales, and general ledger entries

*

Invoicing and payment processing

*

Monitor and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy

*

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

*

Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support organisational goals and initiatives

What we are looking for:

*

Proven experience in finance and administration roles

*

Ideally AAT Level 3 qualified or working towards

*

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

*

A genuine foodie with an excitement to work for a growing food & beverage brand

*

Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements is preferred
