Key Responsibilities:
Data Management: Handle large data sets to assess invoices and payroll charges, grouping them into projects for capitalisation.
Project Assessment: Evaluate projects in line with capitalisation policies to determine useful economic life (UEL) and appropriate categorisation.
Financial Modelling: Model capitalisation and calculate depreciation, ensuring logical and supportive documentation for system capitalisation.
Auditor Collaboration: Share calculations with external auditors and provide evidence supporting balances.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure projects generate value and remain free from impairment.
Process Support: Assist the Fixed Assets team in documenting the end-to-end capitalisation process and remediating the Fixed Assets module within the Unit4 system.
