Description
Analyse operational costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Prepare and present financial reports to support decision-making.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
Ensure financial data is accurate and well-documented.
Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial insights.
Support month-end and year-end financial reporting activities.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department.Profile
A successful Finance Analyst should have:
Experience in financial analysis, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
A relevant qualification or working towards one (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) or be qualified by experience.
Able to commute to their offices in Burton-on-Trent.
Ability to communicate financial insights clearly and effectively.
