I'm working with a high-growth, PE-backed organisation that's looking for an ambitious FP&A Analyst to join its expanding finance team. This is a role for someone who's naturally curious, commercially minded, and enjoys turning data into meaningful business insights. You'll be working closely with senior leadership on:
???? Forecasting and budgeting???? Variance analysis and performance reporting???? Financial modelling and scenario planning???? Board and investor reporting???? Business partnering across multiple stakeholders.
You'll gain exposure far beyond a typical analyst position and have the opportunity to play a genuine role in supporting a rapidly scaling business.
✅ Qualified or part-qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA✅ Strong Excel and modelling skills✅ Experience producing management information and stakeholder reporting✅ Commercial mindset and analytical approach.
