Finance Analyst
Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a growing FMCG business who are seeking a Finance Analyst to join their team to take over complex reconciliations and reporting across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual store reconciliations.
* Prepare client reconciliation reports.
* Maintain reconciliation records and supporting documentation.
* Investigate and resolve transaction variances.
* Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of store activity.
* Manage and reconcile client escrow and prepaid funds with Finance.
* Monitor escrow balances and reporting.
* Work with Operations to raise accurate warehouse billing.
* Work with Store Development to raise accurate platform charge billing.
* Present financial information clearly and professionally.
Requirements
* ACA or ACCA qualified or finalist.
* Experience handling complex reconciliations
* Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and complex reconciliation workbooks
* Inventory accounting experience
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Salary + Other information
* Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
* Paying £50,000 to £55,000
* Based a short walk from Royal Oak Station
