Description:

A fantastic opportunity for someone to work for an independent property business where you will be truly appreciated. The role is varied and could be full time or 4 days per week. The role is multi functional and will include elements of finance, administration and customer service.

Duties include:

* Book keeping

* Preparation of budgets

* Service charge reconciliations

* Credit control

* Maintenance reporting

* Dealing with contractors

* Liaising with solicitors

* Updating the health and safety database

* Monitoring incoming emails

* Looking after insurance renewals

Key skills:

*

* Intermediate Excel

* Basic accounts knowledge

* Strong customer service skills

* The ability to multi task

* Previous office experience
