Description:

We are recruiting for a manufacturing business in Witney, who are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their accounts team.
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager the Finance Administrator is an important position within the Accounts environment. You will be dealing with confidential internal and client information and must therefore be able to exercise discretion at all times.
The main duties of the Finance Administrator will be Purchase ledger/Sales ledger and General accounts, to include the following:
. To complete purchase ledger invoice processing ensuring accuracy of information and appropriate authorisation is obtained ahead of processing
. To complete purchase ledger payments
. Processing of new account application forms
. To complete sales invoicing daily
. To complete banking activities
. Maintenance of Self-Billing system
. To work with petty cash
. Preparation of bank reconciliation
. Assisting with the preparation of the VAT return
. Assisting in the preparation of payroll
