Finance Administrator - £27,000 - Bournemouth
A leading FM company are looking for a finance administrator to join their team based in Bournemouth. This role is working 40 hours per week and once probation is passed there is an option to work from home. The role is paying up to £27000. I have included a few details of the role down below:
* Accounts Administrator
* 40 hours per week - these can be flexible
* £27,000
* Need a good understanding of Microsoft Excel
* Good maths understanding
* Mon-Fri
Responisbilities:
* Handle all incoming calls/emails in a professional and efficient manner.
* Manage all customer queries efficiently with only those requiring advice being passed to the Financial Planner
* Record annual review dates on the back-office system and monitor regularly.
* Plan, book, and prepare for all annual review meetings ensuring none are missed.
* Work with the Account manager to ensure that the client is receiving the service they are paying for and expect.
* Help clients to register for, navigate and update their account.
* Keep the account manager and client regularly updated on the progress of outstanding cases and dealing with any financial technical queries.
* Collate and pre-populate new business/servicing forms and application packs.
* Process all new business ensuring all transactions are tracked through to accurate and timely completion.
* Create and update client platform account records.
* Invoicing
* Provide financial support for new client contracts
* Prepare project spreadsheets ( financial reviews). PnL Reports
* Working with account manager - Prepare project quotes and liaise with contractors.
