Description:
We are looking for an experienced administrator with experience in the financial services to join an exciting new contract where you will be supporting the Bereavement team in connecting accounts to next of kin.
Location: Bristol
The rate on offer is between £165 per day Via Umbrella
Initialy for 2 - 3 months with opportunity to extend
Hours: Candidates will be required to work 37.5 hr week working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm or 9am to 5:30pm, on a hybrid model of 3 days in the office each week.
The role is not sales or advisory related, but you will have realistic key performance indicator to meet on your work. You will benefit from working in a modern office with a smart casual dress code.
As a Finance Administrator, you will:
* Validate next of kin and or Solicitor executors.
* Update customer profiles.
* Engage with solicitors, executors and next of kins to progress each case though letters, emails and calls.
* Follow the clients regulated processes and procedures at all time.
* Record progress on each case and update key stakeholders.
* Attend meetings.
* Providing support to the bereavement team.
The ideal applicant will have following skills and experience:
* Experience working in administration.
* Knowledge of multiple types of financial products.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Proactive approach to organise time effectively.
* Desire to learn and grow in a welcoming company.
