Description:
An opportunity has arisen for a Financial Administrator to join this small team for a hybrid working opportunity in Windsor. Applicants will need to have at last a year or two of previous experience in a similar role.
Your duties will
· Maintaining the purchase order and invoice system.
· Matching and posting purchase orders.
· Inputting Billing Sheet information for the Finance Team
· Working with the central finance team as well as the sales team to make sure revenue is being recorded correctly
· Ensuring we are audit compliant by following correct accounting procedures
· Chasing up clients for missing/delayed PO/invoices
· Reconciling Financial reports
· Helping to recover aged debt
· Assisting the Finance Business Partner with any ad-hoc Finance requests when needed
Essential Experience Required:
To be successful in your application for this role you will have the following experience
· Previous experience in a finance admin role
· Experience working with Invoices
· Paprika System Experience – Desirable
· Excellent time management
· Accurate and organised
· Team player
