Finance Administrator
Part Time - 3 days per week (Monday is essential)
9:00am to 3:00pm
£12.70 per hour
Based in Diss, Norfolk

We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our client based in Diss, Norfolk. The purpose of the role is to perform a variety of Finance and Admin duties, preparing weekly and monthly payroll for all employees using in house systems.
Duties Include:
Processing hours into the payroll system in order for head office to complete payroll
Maintaining payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
Coordinating with the HR team to ensure employee related data is correctly loaded into the Payroll System, and that all necessary amendments have been completed by the payroll cut-off dates
Receiving and coordinating requests for leave and other absences
Answering employees’ queries in respect of payroll, referring any complex issues to the appropriate level / manager.
Ensuring that all documentation is correctly filed, in order that financial auditors can be satisfied in their audit, via the efficient recovery of key documents of initial entry
Dealing with matters related to invoice processing and other finance tasks
Reviewing and approving invoicing
Managing Petty Cash
Skills and experience required:
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office.
Able to be responsive to time critical situations and capable of working with minimal supervision.
Excellent administrative and record-keeping skills.
Good management and organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multi-task.
Strong numerical aptitude and pays attention to detail
Ability to work on a deadline
Experience of working in a fast paced, changing environment and demonstrable experience of managing own workload
