We're seeking a motivated individual to join our finance team as an Accounts Payable Data Entry Clerk and contribute to our success by ensuring accurate and timely data entry of accounts payable invoices.
As part of our finance team, you'll be a team player and have great attention to detail as you will be responsible for accurately entering accounts payable invoices into our IFS ERP system in compliance with internal policies and external requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities would be:
Performing accurate and timely data entry of accounts payable invoices into the IFS ERP system.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external requirements.
Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and support departmental goals.This is a part time position working 24 hours per week and is being offered on an initial 4-month fixed term contract, based at our Vitacress Salads location in St Mary Bourne, Andover.
