Responsibilities

Help process accounts payable and receivable, including invoices, payments, and collections.
Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable on a regular basis.
Help prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and assist with month-end closing procedures.
Manage petty cash and company expense reimbursements.
Assist with payroll processing (as needed).
Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
Involvement with HR administration.
Involvement with Health and Safety.Skills / Experience

1+ years in an Accounts role
Experience of working with Xero (Desirable)
Good knowledge of accounting processes
Good with numbers and Excel
HR Experience (Nice to have)
Health and Safety experience (Nice to have)Renumeration

Flexible hours, part time or full time
25 Days Holiday Per Annum, plus statutory holidays
