Fin Ops Cost Lead: Fantastic opportunity to join Ageas as a Fin Ops Cost Lead and help turn cloud cost data into practical insights. The purpose of the Fin Ops Cost Lead is to lead cloud cost management and optimisation across the organisation, working closely with technology, finance and business teams.
The role is Hybrid and can be based from either Eastleigh or London offices with a day a week in the aligned office.
Main Responsibilities as Fin Ops Cost Lead:
* Lead Fin Ops and cloud cost optimisation activities.
* Monitor cloud spend and identify savings opportunities.
* Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
* Create dashboards, reports and cost insights.
* Promote cost awareness across technology teams.
Skills and experience you need as Fin Ops Cost Lead:
* 3+ years’ minimum experience operating at a senior level as either Fin Ops Engineer or Fin Ops Architect.
* Experience in technology finance, cloud cost management or similar.
* Strong expertise in Azure and AWS.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Collaborative approach and strong relationship-building skills.
