If you’re a field service professional with expertise in powertrain and diesel engines and want to develop your career beyond field work, this role is not to be missed.
As a genuine market leader in their field, this business offers unrivalled expertise in the MRO and remanufacture of a range of OEM diesel engines, automatic transmissions and powertrain components, they’re also approved dealers and stockists for a number of instantly recognisable OEM’s.
This role is part of a longer term development and succession plan and will support the further growth and development of the business with targeted support and training for the field service team, providing remote customer support ensuring that all queries and quotes are managed profitably and that repair work is completed on time. Beyond the usual Field Service Management elements, there is a broader opportunity to develop and support the workshop, which can open doors to future opportunities.
To be considered we’re looking for those that have the following:
* Expert knowledge on a broad range of heavy duty diesel engines
* Previous experience in Field Service Management
* Broad commercial awareness of P and L
