Do you have electro-mechanical service experience? Are you looking for an exciting new role where you will play a vital role within the support and service team, working on a variety of state of the art equipment? Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a service engineer to train into a technical support engineer and join the team, working out of their offices near Watford. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting customers with initial technical enquiries, advising on service/maintenance procedures and parts needed. You will liaise with the technical support, customer support and service teams to ensure that an excellent and efficient service is provided. You will order and process parts needed to servicer/maintain customer products and machinery across the globe as well as organising the dispatch and schedule of service engineers.
