Trainee Field Service Engineer

Are you an aspiring Field Service Engineer, looking to join a fast growing, family run company that offer a company van and phone, on the job training and unlimited overtime to rapidly increase your earnings?
This well-established and fast growing company have been providing local Dairy Farmers the best quality equipment and personal services since 1959. They are looking to expand their team to keep up with a rapidly increasing project workload.
In this autonomous and varied role, you will be given full on the job training for installing, maintaining and servicing milk cooling and storage equipment, as well as a range of further dairy farming equipment in a local patch. You will be issued a company van and fuel card for site visits, working within a team for large installations, as well as on your own following your training period.
This dynamic role would suit a Service Engineer or similar from a refrigeration background who is looking to join a well-established and family run company that offer generous bonuses, full training and unlimited overtime to increase your earnings.
The Role:
8-4 working hours - unlimited overtime at 1.5X pay rate
1 in 5 weekends on call - 2X pay rate
Morning report to base and then site visits
Full on the job training
Maintenance, service and installation of milk cooling and dairy farming equipmentThe Person:
