As a CNC Service Engineer (Mechanical), you will play a vital role in maintaining and servicing our diverse range of complex Machine Tool products. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine servicing and maintenance of Machine Tool products.
Diagnose and rectify faults, ensuring machines operate at peak performance.
Liaise with technical support, service management, and customers to address issues effectively.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and communicate findings to customers.
