Field Service Engineer
NORTH LONDON AND EAST LONDON
Global market leading company first established in 1830. Starting out in surgical instruments, the went on to use their experience to manufacture operating theatre tables, electrosurgery, surgical suction units and autoclaves. Today they are recognised as innovators in the design and manufacture of autoclaves and surgical suction devices which are used across a wide range of sectors including: healthcare, dental health, animal health and workplace solutions.
* Base Salary to £35k with benefits
Main responsibilities include:
* Organise and carry out servicing, installation, repair, routine maintenance, user training and modification to Company products on Customer premises.
* To prepare accurate reports and keep detailed records as necessary, whilst following the Company procedures defined in Standing Orders and Standard Operating Procedures.
* Actively promote the Company’s products and services.
Candidate –
The customer will be at the heart of everything you do, and so as well as having the required technical skills to diagnose and repair our technology, you will also have excellent customer service and communication skills. This will enable you to resolve problems quickly and efficiently, whilst being able to communicate effectively with the team and the customer.
* Field Service Experience
* Ability to work autonomously
* IDEALLY MEDICAL, DENTAL, LIFE SCIENCE OR SIMILAR EXPERIENCE.
