Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct room integrity testing, pressure testing, and routine testing of ventilation systems.
Perform calibration of instruments and gauges, testing of fumigation control systems, and running fumigation cycles.
Troubleshoot facility reliability issues and conduct fault finding.
Complete site surveys, feasibility reports, and deliver client training for operations and maintenance.
Provide on-site and remote support for test equipment.
Plan site attendance, coordinate with client-appointed contractors, and ensure timely completion of work.
Report results to the company, client, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and Health & Safety requirements.
Qualifications:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Knowledge of HVAC Equipment.
What we need from you:

Experience in engineering disciplines within life science and/or healthcare sectors.
Installation, commissioning, and service experience in building services and equipment.
Proficiency in internet/communications protocols.
Ability to use instrumentation such as manometers, anemometers, bolometers, sound level meters, temperature, and humidity meters.
Capacity to maintain client confidentiality and represent the company professionally.
Strong teamworking skills and organizational abilities.
Proficient in IT, particularly Microsoft Office Packages.
Full driving license.
Desirable:

Experience with control systems including BMS/EMS/SCADA.
Familiarity with Biocontainment/Cleanroom/Containment suites/LEV systems.
IQ/OQ/PQ experience within a laboratory setting.
Other Requirements: This role involves travel across the UK and occasionally to Ireland, requiring flexibility.

Basic Salary Up To £38,000 + Vehicle + Fuel Card!
