Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer looking for a varied role where no two days are the same? We are seeking a motivated and technically minded engineer to support customers across the South of England, carrying out maintenance, fault finding, repairs, installations, and commissioning of specialist equipment and systems.
The RoleAs a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support at customer sites, ensuring equipment operates efficiently and downtime is kept to a minimum. This is a hands-on position that combines problem-solving, customer interaction, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
Install, commission, and configure equipment and systems.
Complete service reports and technical documentation.
Deliver exceptional customer support while on-site.
Ensure all work is completed in line with quality and safety standards.
Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues effectively.About You
Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or similar technical position.
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
Electrical, electronic, mechanical, or electromechanical engineering experience.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
Full UK driving licence.What's On Offer?
