My Client is Looking for a Field service engineer based in Hereford.
Role Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join our Technical Department based in Hereford, which is under new management. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Technical Engineer with a strong background in the field.
Hours: 40 hours per week (overtime available)
Shifts: Monday - Friday
Salary: £35,000.00

Requirements for the role:
• Valid UK driving licence.
• A full 5 year working history to meet the BS 7858:2019 screening requirements.
• To be able to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
• Three years working experience within the industry preferred.
• Excellent time management.
• Providing strong customer service.
• To be able to work on your own and as a part of a team.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Working away may be required, accommodation and food will be provided.
• To attend/ complete any required training to fulfil your role within the Company.
• CSCS Card (desirable but not necessary)
• IPAF Certificate (desirable but not necessary)
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Understanding of Networks and configurations of access control and CCTV across Networks.
• Installation of CCTV equipment such as Dahua, Hikvision, Bosch and Pelco.
• Installation of Access Control systems such as Paxton Net2, Paxton 10, Paxton Videx, automated barrier, gates,
and turnstiles.
• Installation of intruder alarm systems such as Texecom, Honeywell, HKC, and Ajax.
• Preventive maintenance of the Security systems.
• Providing on call assistance when required.
• Ensuring that the systems installed adhere to the NSI BS Standards.
• Dealing with Client enquiries when necessary.
• Provide all necessary details of work carried out e.g., parts used, weekly time sheets and mileage of Company van.
• Using our Alarm Master software to log all tasks carried out.
