Field Service Engineer

Description:

Experienced field service engineer required. My client is a truck mounted hydraulic equipment specialist and require a field service engineer to cover South East of England. The role will involve maintaining, servicing and repairing a range of load handling equipment; including truck-mounted forklifts and truck-mounted cranes. It is essential the right candidate has past experience and knowledge in a similar role.

This role requires a manual driving licence

Field Service Engineer Position Overview

Maintaining, servicing and repairing a range of crane mounted vehicles, HIAB and truck mounted forklifts
Travelling throughout the South East of England (M25 corridor)
Fault finding, diagnosis and rectification on customer equipment
Maintaining up to date service records
Working on the companies range of material handling equipment

Field Service Engineer Position Requirements

Strong experience of working with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
Good knowledge and past experience of servicing and maintaining crane mounted and truck mounted forklifts is a must
Flexible with travel and working hours
A valid UK driving licence
Good organisational skills
Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills

Field Service Engineer Position Remuneration

£40,000 salary
45-hour week (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm)
Door to door pay
Overtime available (Time and a half)
28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
