Monday to Friday (no compulsory weekends)

As a Field Service Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customers receive top-notch service and support. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting installations of water systems with precision and professionalism
Performing maintenance and repairs promptly to keep systems in optimal condition
Providing engaging product demonstrations to showcase system features
Building strong customer relationships through clear communication and friendly service
Maintaining accurate service records and contributing feedback for continuous improvementRequirements:
A personable demeanour and excellent communication skills
Previous experience in field service or similar roles
Proficiency in basic plumbing tasks
Reliability and the ability to work independently
