Field Service Engineer
Newton Abbot
£38,000 Per Annum OTE + Company Van
I am working with a specialist business with a wide range of engineering operations including: manufacturing, design, service, installation and supply. We are a looking for a Service Engineers to form part of a growing team with varied and interesting work. The field role will be covering in the South West.
You will be called out to planned and reactive service/maintenance as well as installations of new and old equipment – there will be interesting and varied work with clients from small agricultural business up to large blue chip manufacturers.
As a Service engineer you will be the face of the business so it is important the application takes pride in customer service.
We are looking for engineers with a strong base in Mechanical maintenance and/or service engineering that has involved Hydraulic or Pneumatic systems.
Full training and support on the job will be provided as well as the chance to take your Hydraulic and Pneumatic skill up to a high level of expertise – there will be the opportunity to achieve qualifications in these areas.
This position will be predominantly field based therefore a company van and fuel card will be provided.

Duties
* Being a Field Service Engineer – Specializing in Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems
* Service, Repair and Installation
* Being the face of the company and providing excellent levels of customer service
Education & Experience
* Experience as a Mechanical Engineer working on Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems
* Ideally - Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (Although qualified by experience will be considered)
Working Hours: Mon – Friday 8:30AM – 5PM
Plenty of Overtime is available at Time and Half
