Field Service Engineer (Mechanical)

Up to £35,000 DOE (further salary Negotiation is possible) + Company Van + 28 Days Holiday including Bank Holidays + 1 Extra holiday per year of service up to 5 + Buy/Sell Holiday Scheme + Private Health Care + Death in Service Scheme + Company Shares Following Probation + Any Overnight stays remunerated for
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (Some flexibility required).
Field Service Engineer required for a market leading company who offer a varied role within the Agriculture and Waste Management sectors.
Working with renewable energy systems you will be maintaining, repairing and upgrading anaerobic digestion plants across the UK and Ireland, this is a role where you can take pride in your work making a difference benefiting the environment. There is a requirement to stay away on occasions.
The Field Service Engineer Role:
Carry out maintenance in sites across the UK.
Monitoring and diagnosing problems with the use of the plant operation system.
Assist in system set up and completing maintenance/repairs when required.
Maintain feeding, heating and pumping systems to ensure correct and efficient operation.
Inspect and test alarm and functionality systems.
Follow safe systems of work and procedures.
Keep clients’ sites clean and tidy.
Complete paperwork as required by the Maintenance Manager.
Take samples as required and advised by the Biological Support Team.
The Successful Field Service Engineer:
Proven experience as maintenance technician or similar.
Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and other systems
