Description:
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and maintenance services to our customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for problem-solving and hands-on technical work.
Duties:
- Conduct on-site installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment - international sites
- Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Collaborate with customers to ensure effective communication and satisfaction
- Perform equipment testing and calibration
- Generate detailed service reports for documentation purposes
- Provide training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance procedures
- Participate in product development feedback sessions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role
-Experienece in mechanical and electrical issues fiding
- Strong technical knowledge in interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Full UK driving licence required for travel to customer sites availability to international travels
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours when needed
