Description:

Zenopa are representing a market leading IVD (Medical Diagnostics) business that create and market test systems that aid in disease diagnosis, together with software and automated solutions for the execution and assessment of these tests.

You will join a small service team who are responsible for all instruments and installations, including laboratory network solutions.

You will be predominantly based in the North of England, ideally along the M62 corridor.

Responsibilities:

* On-site instrument maintenance, repair and troubleshooting

* Instrument installation and decommissioning

* Installation & support of laboratory IT/network solutions (LIMS/middleware)

* Train customers and colleagues in the use of our instruments and software

* Monitor own spare parts inventory and ensure appropriate stock is maintained
