Field Sales Representative
Maidenhead
£32 - £35,000 + Uncapped Commission
Car allowance or company car
OTE £50k+.
This is a new business-focused Field Sales role, giving you ownership of your own territory. You’ll be out meeting businesses, building relationships with decision-makers and turning opportunities into long-term customers.
You will join our onboarding program, giving you the chance to properly understand the business, service and market.
What You’ll Be Doing
Developing new business across your territory
Identifying and approaching prospective customers
Getting out in the field and meeting decision-makers
Understanding how customers currently manage their workwear and cleaning requirements
Presenting solutions based on their individual needs
Managing your own sales pipeline and activity
Negotiating and closing new business
Managing customer relationships once they’re onboard
Keeping CRM activity and reporting up to date
Working closely with the wider sales and operational teams
The official brief puts particular emphasis on creating new relationships, presenting confidently, handling objections, negotiating and closing sales, alongside strong account management.
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need experience selling workwear.
We’re more interested in someone who knows how to sell B2B, create opportunities and build relationships face-to-face.
You’ll ideally have:
B2B sales experience
Experience generating new business
Confidence approaching and speaking with decision-makers
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A proactive, self-motivated approach
Good organisation and territory management skills
The ability to work independently while still being part of a wider team
Previous field sales or B2B service-based sales experience would be an advantage.
