Bathroom Sales Representative £28k-£30k, plus company vehicle

Travel across the Midlands Region of England

You’ll join an esteemed team of bathroom brassware specialists, with a wealth of experience in serving customers throughout Ireland and the UK. With a legacy of excellence, my client prides themselves on delivering exquisite craftsmanship, innovation, and unparalleled quality to their clients. As they expand their market presence in the Midlands region of England, they are seeking a talented Sales Representative to join their dedicated team.

What you’ll do:

Client Relationship Management:

Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with existing trade counter and retail clients, providing personalised product recommendations and exceptional customer service to optimise return on investment (ROI).

Conduct regular visits to understand client needs, address concerns, and provide ongoing support, including installation and management of displays.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Analyse market data and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making and product development initiatives.

Sales Performance and Reporting:

Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to the Regional Sales Managers to facilitate strategic planning and optimise performance.

Track and monitor sales metrics, including KPIs, to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

What you’ll have:

Proven track record of success in sales, currently working within a showroom or trade counter environment and want to take the next step.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel daily within the Midlands territory.
