The range includes business loans, trade and invoice finance, asset finance, revolving credit, M&A and restructuring finance, alongside development, bridging, auction, buy-to-let, HMO, commercial property and JV funding.

Capiyada is seeking self-employed Sales Consultants across the UK who can generate opportunities through an existing network or established route to market. The opportunity is particularly suited to professionals already working with SMEs, business owners, property investors and developers, as well as finance brokers looking for access to a broader funding panel.

The role is deliberately focused on generating leads and developing client relationships. Capiyada handles the administration, compliance, packaging, underwriting and back-end operations, with regulated activity managed in-house, leaving consultants free to concentrate on developing new business.

The earning potential is significant. Consultants receive an industry-leading 50–70% revenue share with uncapped commission and ongoing income from renewals.

Typical mid-range business and property finance deals generate £3,750 – £11,250 in commission, providing genuine potential to develop substantial recurring and six-figure earnings.
