Field Maintenance Engineer | Permanent
Covering Newbury to West London area
Our client is seeking an experienced Field Maintenance Engineer to support planned and reactive maintenance activities across railway stations along the M4 Corridor between Newbury and West London areas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and fault-finding on a range of Station Information and Security Systems (SISS), including:
CCTV
Public Address (PA) Systems
Customer Information Systems (CIS)
Access Control
Structured Cabling
Network InfrastructureRequirements:
Experience with CCTV/VSS, fire alarms, communications, PA Systems & Access Control
Strong installation, maintenance, fault-finding skills
Ability to work independently in a field-based role, although generally you'll work in a pair
Full UK Driving Licence
Rail experience desirable but not essentialThis is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation supporting critical rail communications infrastructure on railway stations within a permanent position.
Salary CIRCA £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus on call payments and call out, business use vehicle provided.
