Service Technician / Engineer - Capital Equipment
I'm looking for a driven and versatile Service Technician / Engineer to join the team of a leading industry manufacturer - providing expert installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced capital equipment across the country. This is a unique opportunity for a technically skilled individual who thrives in diverse environments and is eager to take their career to the next level.
About the Role
You will be responsible for:
Installing and commissioning complex capital equipment at client sites nationwide.
Performing preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
Providing hands-on technical support and training to customers.
Identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
Ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Accurately documenting service activities and maintaining reports.
Collaborating with engineering and technical teams to support product improvements.
What We're Looking For
A strong background in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.
Previous experience in capital equipment service or similar field-based engineering roles.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Willingness to travel internationally, often at short notice.
High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
