Position: Field Line Manager
Location: Widnes (Covering Passive Fire works in the North of the country)
Salary Range: £40,000 - £45,000
Our client is seeking a proficient Field Line Manager to join their expanding team in the Passive Fire business unit. The role primarily involves overseeing passive fire works across housing association and local authority properties.

Our client is a reputable compliance safety company dedicated to ensuring the safety and regulatory compliance of customer properties. With a portfolio of over 70,000 housing association and local authority properties nationwide, we specialise in maintenance, servicing, and repair services.
Your responsibilities:
* Supervise subcontractor activities on-site, monitoring daily productivity and promptly addressing any issues to drive continuous improvement.
* Uphold a strong Health and Safety Culture, ensuring adherence to policies, encouraging near-miss reporting, and facilitating incident/accident reporting in collaboration with the Health and Safety Manager.
* Validate subcontractor/agency engineer timesheets weekly and track on/off-site times using designated software.
* Oversee subcontractor delivery, ensuring alignment with our vision and values.
* Provide initial IT, software, and technical support for subcontractors.
* Manage stock control and material supply to subcontractors, conducting regular stock takes and reconciling with consignment stock sheets.
* Address client concerns, identify areas for improvement, and implement measures to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
* Conduct recruitment and onboarding processes in compliance with standards and criteria.
Ideal candidate qualifications:
* Carpentry qualifications
* Previous experience in passive fire works within a domestic environment
* Strong interpersonal skills and team-building abilities
* Familiarity with workplace Health and Safety Regulations
* Full UK driving licence
* Proficient IT skills
