Our client is a well-established business with proven expertise in Telephony, Business Mobile, Business Broadband, MDM Solutions, Networks etc. As result of continuous growth and expansion, the business has an opportunity for an experienced Field Engineer to join them on a full-time permanent basis. The successful candidate will be an integral member of the support team, successfully completing installations and repair work across the South West. Your Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional technical customer support across a wide range of business telephony systems, business internet, mobile products, etc.
Installation of new UCaaS solutions at customer premises.
Installation of routers & WiFi.
Additions and changes both on site and remote programming.
Assist customers in configuring equipment.
Collaborate with other members of the technical team to design and deliver bespoke solutions to customer specifications.
Assisting with system updates and upgrades with minimal impact on the production environment when required.
Ensure all queries are captured accurately and documentation is kept up to date.
Your Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role or as a Telecoms Support Engineer.
Good understanding of IP networking.
Customer centric approach and strong problem-solving skills.
Proactive nature with a can-do attitude.
Successful stakeholder management ability.
Strong commercial awareness to identify new business opportunities.
Versatile and adaptable support engineer with the ability to prioritise and manage your workload.
Must have your own car and a valid driving licence.
