Job Title: Field Care Supervisor
Salary: £22K - £24K (Dependent on experience)

Techcited Ltd, a leading recruitment firm specialising in the healthcare sector, is currently seeking a Care Supervisor in Loughborough to join our client's esteemed care business. Our client operates nationwide and is dedicated to delivering exceptional domiciliary care services throughout Leicestershire and surrounding regions.
Purpose of Role:
To ensure customers receive high-quality care and support, keeping them safe and comfortable in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the registered manager and/or lead supervisor with:
* Monitor the performance of care assistants and conduct quality reviews at customers’ homes to ensure service delivery aligns with company procedures.
* The efficient running of a designated area and the supervision of care assistants.
* Conduct assessments with customers (and/or their chosen representatives) before the service begins, determining their needs and goals, along with a risk assessment.
* Ensuring the provision of safe, effective, high-quality care that meets each customer’s needs and preferences.
* Develop and agree on a personalised care and support plan that respects the customer’s wishes and promotes their dignity and privacy. Implement appropriate risk control measures and keep plans up to date.
* Ensuring services respect customers’ choices and promote their dignity and privacy at all times.
* Participate in the out-of-hours emergency on-call rota as needed, handling emergency issues and covering shifts when necessary. Record emergency calls and relay information to relevant parties.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring accidents and incidents are recorded, reported, and addressed.
* Collaborate effectively with customers, their families, other social and health care professionals, and staff to deliver high-quality home care services.
Requirements :
* NVQ level 2/ 3 in Health and Social Care.
* 2 years of experience in the Healthcare industry.
* Knowledge of creating care plans
* Driver
