Description:
A well-established engineering business in Poole is looking to recruit a reliable Fettler to join their production team. This is a great opportunity for a practical, hands-on Fettler who is keen to develop their skills within a busy and supportive workshop environment.
The role is working a day shift Monday to Friday with an early finish on Friday and paying £13.50-£15ph

Key Responsibilities for the successful Fettler:
Assist in the fabrication and assembly of metal products
Prepare materials by cutting, Fettling, grinding, and deburring components
Work closely with experienced welders and fabricators across various projects
Follow engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions
Perform quality checks to ensure work meets required standards
Contribute to maintaining a safe and tidy workshop environmentEssential Skills & Experience required to be considered for this Fettler position:
Previous experience as a fettler is essential
Understanding of metalwork or fabrication processes
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
