They are a successful privately owned company, driven by their staff and our farmer base. Their is mission is simple: to provide the best possible advice and service in the areas of Agro-chemicals, Fertiliser, Grain, and Seed. With a focus on adding value to their farmers’ businesses, they supply variable inputs such as agrochemicals, fertilisers, and seeds, while also buying back their grain. But more than just maximising sales, they prioritise the success of their farming customers’ businesses by taking a whole farm approach.

Responsibilities:
* Manage the fertiliser department, including procurement, inventory management, and sales.
* Provide expert advice and recommendations to farmers on fertiliser selection, application, and usage.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and deliver personalised solutions.
* Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and best practices in fertiliser management.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure a whole farm approach to serving our customers.
Qualifications:
* Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in agronomy, agriculture, or related field.
* Proven experience in fertiliser management, including procurement and sales.
* Strong knowledge of fertiliser products, application techniques, and agronomic principles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
