Role Description
 Join Our Team as a Complex Needs Support Worker
  , Abingdon, Oxfordshire
 Salary:£13.69 per hour (£26,695.5 per annum) plus benefits
 Hours: 7.00 am – 3.00 pm, 2.00 pm – 10.00 pm (Monday to Sunday on a shift rota basis. Please note, the shifts may vary due to the needs of the people we support)
  (37.5 hours per week), Permanent
 Driving Re valid driving license is required (Manual, UK)
 Visa Sponsorship is not must already be authorised to work in the United Kingdom; SeeAbility is not able to provide new work authorisation.

John* You’ll be supporting John, a vibrant individual with complex needs who’s moving into a specially adapted home.
John lives in a single occupancy home which is purposely adapted to meet his complex needs. He loves going out every Friday for KFC, also trips to cafés and going on drives. His dad is a big part of his life, so family involvement is key and often has family visiting him. When he is not out and about enjoying himself, he usually likes being at home listening to music(especially classical), Disney films, colouring, and outdoor fun like trampolining and swings in the garden. Routine is very important to James.

You’ll be making a real impact with person who have:
Learning disabilities, including using communication tools like Makaton or PECs
Working with individuals with autism and/or visual impairments
