Full UK Manual Driving Licence & access to your own vehicle required
Salary: £25,845 per annum pro rata
Eleven 11 Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for caring, enthusiastic and reliable Female Support Workers to join a rewarding social care role supporting individuals within the Oswestry and Wem areas.

Hours Available:
Part-time – hours to be discussed
Shift Pattern:
Day shifts: 9:00am – 5:00pm across the 7-day week
Candidates must be flexible to work across the week, including weekends where required.
Driving Requirements:
Candidates must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to their own vehicle with business insurance due to the community-based nature of the role and supporting individuals with activities and appointments.
About the Role:
We are recruiting for Support Workers to support a lady in the Oswestry area as well as providing support within an additional service in Wem.
This role includes a large amount of community-based support, therefore we are seeking someone who enjoys being active, engaging with people and supporting individuals to enjoy the activities that matter most to them.
The lady enjoys:
• Walking and spending time outdoors
• Visiting farms and zoos
• Horse riding
• Cafés and lunches out
• Bowling
• Shopping and community activities
There are also two friendly dogs within the service, so applicants must be comfortable around dogs.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
• Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities to live independently
• Assisting with everyday tasks such as shopping, cooking and household activities
• Supporting access to social activities and community opportunities
• Encouraging family relationships and social connections
• Providing personal care where required in a respectful and dignified manner
• Promoting independence, wellbeing and choice
• Making each day enjoyable and engaging for the people you support

No previous care experience is required.
If you have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, childcare or other people-focused roles, you may already have valuable transferable skills — full training and support will be provided.
