We are looking for a compassionate and committed Female Support Worker in Leamington, passionate about delivering a high standard of one-on-one care for our client.
Due to the nature of this role, we will only be accepting female carers.
Meet our client:
Our lovely client is a lady who requires assistance with personal care, preparation of meals/drinks, and other domestic duties. She likes to keep busy, loves getting out in the community, math puzzles, baking and knitting.
What we require:
✅ Clean UK Driver's License – will be required to drive the client's Motability vehicle
✅ Minimum 6 months experience in care
✅ Experience/Knowledge with complex care needs, autism and learning disabilities
✅ Tier 2 Oliver McGowan Training or similar
✅ Experience with Moving and Handling
✅ Would be desirable to have experience with Rett syndrome and Epilepsy Management
The shift patterns would be a combination of sleep-ins (10pm to 7am) , day shifts - 8.30am to 5pm and 5pm to 10pm. We can look at how the hours work best for the individual. Maximum booking of 24 hours together though due to the challenging nature.
