Step into a high-impact contract opportunity as a Feature Integration Engineer and help shape software features for real-world vehicle programmes. What You Will Do:
- Own the oversight of software feature content for a specific vehicle programme, ensuring it is clearly defined, delivered, and signed off to target as a Feature Integration Engineer.
- Align the customer experience offering across key stakeholders, including Marketing, Programme Management, and Vehicle teams, ensuring consistency and shared understanding.
- Work with technical domains to develop and maintain design specification readiness, reporting on maturity progress and deployment readiness as a Feature Integration Engineer.
- Interpret technical data to support decisions and keep a consolidated status narrative for stakeholders, including risk and plan updates.
- Organise feature demonstrations so customer experience can be assessed accurately and effectively.
- Lead regular discussions with feature owners to capture risks, plans, and emerging needs, then translate them into clear action and next steps.
What You Will Bring:
- A strong understanding of software/feature integration and systems engineering principles relevant to an automotive or similar environment.
- Experience planning and integrating complex electrical and software systems, with a structured, delivery-focused approach as a Feature Integration Engineer.
- Proven ability to lead engineering product delivery using project management techniques and clear coordination methods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence and collaborate across business functions at different levels, including presenting progress confidently as a Feature Integration Engineer.
- Competence with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
